Manage Your Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through Whop — the payment platform Coin Sniffer uses for billing.

View your current plan

  1. Log in to coin-sniffer.com.
  2. Click AccountBilling.
  3. Your current plan, next billing date, and status are shown here.

Upgrade or change plan

  1. Go to Account → Billing in the app.
  2. Click Change Plan or visit the pricing page directly.
  3. Select the new plan. Billing changes take effect immediately.

If upgrading from Screener to Bundle, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Account → Billing in the app.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • At the end of the period, access is revoked and you'll see the Subscription Expired page.

TIP

Cancellation does not delete your account or data. If you re-subscribe later, your watchlist and settings are restored.

Reactivate after cancellation

If you cancelled and your access has expired, go to the Subscription Expired page in the app and click Resubscribe. Or visit coin-sniffer.com and log in — you'll be directed to the billing page.

TradingView username management

If you have the TradingView Indicators or Bundle plan:

  1. Go to Account → Billing.
  2. Enter or update your TradingView Username (the @handle on your TradingView profile).
  3. Save. TradingView access is granted within a few minutes.

If you change your TradingView username, update it here — the old username will lose access and the new one will be granted automatically.

Payment failures

If a payment fails, Whop will retry the charge automatically. You'll receive an email notification. During the retry window, your access may remain active. If the payment continues to fail, access will be suspended until a successful payment is made.

Update your payment method directly through the Whop billing portal (linked from the Billing page in the app).

Invoices and receipts

Billing receipts are sent by email after each successful charge and are also accessible in your Whop account dashboard.
